For the past 5 years, Chris has been a Customer Success Consultant, helping businesses structure their L1 support services to deliver best-in-class self-service and ensure efficient, high-quality customer support.

Fernanda ensures every project runs smoothly, bringing clarity and confidence from start to finish.
